Foundation Governance

GKM platform adopts a foundation governance model involving the following organizations:

• Chinese National Rejuvenation Foundation Limited: The project's strategic initiator and ecosystem governance entity.
• Specific Asset Disposal (China) Limited: Responsible for compliant management and disposal of RWA assets.
• GKM Foundation Council: Responsible for day-to-day operations and decision-making.

Beneficiary Framework

• Initial beneficiary: Chinese National Rejuvenation Foundation Limited.
• Profit distribution: Ecosystem operating profits are distributed to beneficiaries quarterly.
