Spanish Solar Power Plant Clusters

GKM platform is developing a presence across multiple solar power plants in Spain, with total planned installed capacity exceeding 900 MW:

• Valencia solar project: Installed capacity of 366 MW, with commercial operations expected by the end of 2026.
• Seville Rey solar power plant: A key project in Andalusia with an installed capacity of 400 MW.
• Palencia solar cluster: An integrated project comprising five plants with an installed capacity of 250 MW.

These plants can generate more than 1.2 billion kWh of renewable electricity annually, sufficient to support large-scale computing center operations.

Direct Energy-to-Compute Model

GKM platform uses solar-generated green electricity to power computing centers through VPPA contracts:

• Direct green electricity supply: Virtual power purchase agreements with computing centers ensure the use of 100% renewable energy.
• Energy storage: Battery energy storage systems (BESS) smooth the intermittent output of solar generation.
• Carbon footprint tracking: Blockchain records the source and use of each unit of electricity, generating verifiable proof of green computing.

Asset Valuation and Disclosure

As real-world assets, the solar power plants undergo regular third-party valuation and disclosure.
