  • Officially release GKM Shorts App V1.0 for iOS and Android, with an integrated wallet.
  • Release the first 50 exclusive AI short dramas on the platform.
  • Run user growth campaigns, targeting more than 500,000 registrations in the first month.
  • Complete deployment of Computing Network V1.0.

Phase Three: Expansion (Q4 2026-Q1 2027)

  • Exceed 1 million daily active app users and 30 minutes of daily viewing time.
  • Exceed 200 short dramas produced per month and 500 titles in the content library.
  • Open AI Studio to creators and introduce external user-generated content (UGC).
  • Enter Middle Eastern and North African markets and launch a dedicated Arabic-language channel.
  • Expand the computing network to more than 500 MW.
  • Begin the second phase of solar power plant development.

Phase Four: Ecosystem Maturity (Q2 2027 and Beyond)

  • Exceed 50 million monthly active platform users and become a top-three vertical short-drama platform in European and American markets.
  • Expand global computing nodes beyond 1 GW.
  • Exceed 500 short dramas produced per month.
  • Exceed 200 million ecosystem users.
  • Launch platform DAO governance.
  • Achieve comprehensive RWA tokenization.

Technology Integration Across the Four-Stage Roadmap

Following GKM's original four stages—infrastructure development, ecosystem launch, scaling and ecosystem maturity—the dual-track business will be implemented as follows:

Stage 1: Infrastructure and Prototype Validation (Infrastructure Development and Platform Prototyping)

  • Complete validation deployments of TEE (AMD SEV) confidential-computing nodes in the compute layer, providing a log-free sandbox for end-to-end encrypted inference.

  • Complete in-depth testnet integration of Story Protocol's programmable IP contracts (PIL) with 0xSplits and Superfluid revenue-sharing protocols.

Stage 2: Ecosystem Bootstrapping and Pilot Launches (Ecosystem Launch and Content Supply)

  • Sign licenses for 2–3 leading webtoon or fantasy-novel IPs from South Korea or Southeast Asia, launch the first GKM IP Crowdfunding Vault, and bring the corresponding fine-tuned LoRA assets on-chain.

Stage 3: Deeper Economic Staking and Expansion into Japan and South Korea (Scaling and Token-Economy Development)

  • Enter Japan, establish partnerships with animation production committees and publishers, and compete for on-chain AI short-drama adaptation rights and overseas streaming-window rights for classic animation IP.

Stage 4: Autonomous AI Agents and Global Network Maturity (Ecosystem Maturity and Global Expansion)

  • Build an Agent-to-Agent (A2A) autonomous IP trading network in which AI agents independently purchase model compute, obtain derivative IP licenses and distribute short dramas on-chain.

  • Establish self-organizing global entertainment infrastructure connecting an upstream global rights pool, a midstream confidential-compute rental cloud and downstream compliant and offshore dual streaming networks, forming an end-to-end loop without centralized trust guarantees.
